Booking confirms your agreement. ⸻ Late Policy • A 10-minute grace period is provided. • Appointments are canceled after 10 minutes if you are late without notice. • Notice must be given at least 30 minutes before your scheduled start time. • Please do not arrive after the grace period—service will not be provided. ✨ Hair Requirements • 100% human hair only is permitted. No master mix, premium blend, or synthetic fibers. • Reused bundles must be clean, fully dry, detangled, and ready to install. • Maintenance, washing, or detangling is not performed the day of your appointment unless booked as an add-on. • Wet or damp hair upon seating will result in cancellation. To reuse your deposit, rescheduling must be completed immediately through the booking site. ⸻ ✨ Hair Preparation • If you did not add the complimentary wash, please arrive with clean, blow-dried hair. • Glue removal, excessive product, detangling from braids/faux locs, or work not done by me requires a booked add-on. • Please do not relax or perm your hair prior to your appointment. • Any signs of scalp irritation, sores, abrasions, or lesions will result in immediate cancellation for safety reasons. ⸻ ✨ Guest Policy • Only clients receiving a service are permitted. • No additional guests or children. • Pets are not permitted inside the salon. ✨ Final Note House of Silk operates by appointment only and with intention. READ BEFORE BOOKING Please review all policies carefully before securing your appointment. Booking confirms your agreement. ✨ Deposits & Cancellations • A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and is applied toward your service. • All cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Deposits become non-transferable after 24 hours. • Failure to cancel or reschedule will result in full service charge and booking privileges revoked. ✨
